By accessing the TUAN website or placing an order with us, you agree to our store policies and terms.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information and selecting the correct size and abaya length before completing their purchase.

Please note that product colours may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, photography, fabric characteristics, and individual screen settings.

Once an order has entered preparation or production, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

TUAN reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or incorrect customer information.

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

TUAN may update its products, prices, availability, website content, and store policies when necessary.

Use of the TUAN website and purchase of our products are subject to applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

تقع على العميلة مسؤولية مراجعة جميع تفاصيل المنتج واختيار المقاس وطول العباية الصحيحين قبل إتمام عملية الشراء

يرجى العلم بأن ألوان المنتجات قد تختلف بشكل بسيط عن الصور بسبب الإضاءة والتصوير وطبيعة الأقمشة وإعدادات الشاشة

بعد دخول الطلب في مرحلة التجهيز أو الإنتاج، لا يمكن ضمان إمكانية تعديله أو إلغائه

تحتفظ توان بحق إلغاء أو رفض أي طلب في حالات عدم توفر المنتج، أو وجود خطأ في السعر أو النظام، أو الاشتباه في عمليات احتيالية، أو وجود مشكلة في عملية الدفع، أو تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة من قبل العميلة.

جميع الأسعار المعروضة في متجرنا الإلكتروني هي بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

تحتفظ توان بحق تحديث المنتجات والأسعار والتوافر ومحتوى الموقع وسياسات المتجر عند الحاجة

يخضع استخدام متجر توان وشراء منتجاتنا للقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
