Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and the preparation of each abaya according to the size and length selected by the customer, TUAN does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the product details, size chart, and abaya length before completing their purchase.

An exception will only be considered if the customer receives an incorrect or defective item. Any issue must be reported to TUAN within 48 hours of delivery, together with the order number and clear photos of the item.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or had their tags removed will not be eligible for review.

 سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد

نظراً لطبيعة منتجاتنا وتجهيز كل عباية وفقاً للمقاس والطول الذي تختاره العميلة عند الطلب

فإن توان لا تقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو استرداد المبالغ

تقع على العميلة مسؤولية مراجعة تفاصيل المنتج وجدول المقاسات واختيار طول العباية المناسب بعناية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء

يتم النظر في الاستثناء فقط في حال استلام منتج خاطئ أو به عيب. ويجب الابلاغ خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب، مع تزويدنا برقم الطلب وصور واضحة للمنتج

لن يتم النظر في أي طلب يتعلق بمنتج تم ارتداؤه أو غسله أو تعديله أو إتلافه أو إزالة بطاقة المنتج منه
