Shipping Policy 

TUAN currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates and selected GCC countries only.

UAE Orders

Orders are prepared within approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the design and order volume. Preparation time is separate from courier delivery time.

Shipping fees are calculated according to the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact number when placing an order.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.

TUAN is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, public holidays, incorrect customer information, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, refusal of delivery, or re-delivery will be the customer's responsibility.

GCC Orders

Delivery is currently available to selected GCC countries. Available destinations and applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

حالياً خدمة التوصيل تتوفر داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي المحددة والمتاحة لدينا فقط

الطلبات داخل دولة الإمارات

يستغرق تجهيز الطلب تقريباً من أسبوع إلى 3 أسابيع، وذلك حسب التصميم وحجم الطلبات. مدة التجهيز لا تشمل مدة التوصيل الخاصة بشركة الشحن

يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن بناءً على موقع التوصيل، وتظهر الرسوم المطبقة عند إتمام الطلب

تقع على العميلة مسؤولية إدخال عنوان توصيل كامل وصحيح ورقم هاتف صالح للتواصل عند تقديم الطلب

بعد تسليم الطلب إلى شركة الشحن، قد تختلف مدة التوصيل بحسب المنطقة وإجراءات شركة الشحن

لانتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن شركة الشحن أو العطلات الرسمية أو إدخال معلومات غير صحيحة من قبل العميلة أو تعذر محاولات التوصيل أو أي ظروف خارجة عن نطاق سيطرتنا المعقولة

أي رسوم إضافية تنتج عن إدخال عنوان غير صحيح أو فشل محاولة التوصيل أو رفض استلام الطلب أو طلب إعادة التوصيل تكون على مسؤولية العميلة

طلبات دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي

نوفر حالياً خدمة التوصيل إلى دول محددة من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. ستظهر الدول المتاحة ورسوم الشحن المطبقة عند إتمام الطلب

تتحمل العميلة أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد أو رسوم تخليص أو رسوم إضافية تفرضها دولة الوجهة، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك عند إتمام الطلب
